I came to Real Estate naturally as a result of my parents becoming agents when I was 6 years old. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994 and after graduation decided to move to North Carolina because of the economy and the fishing. I selected Charlotte, NC, and have been in the real estate business here since 1995. I reside in Sedgefield, where I am currently the treasurer of the neighborhood association (two-term past president). While I do more business in Sedgefield than anybody else, my territory covers the Charlotte Metro area. I have satisfied customers in Monroe, Fort Mill and Concord as well as Cameron Wood, Dilworth, Mountain Island Lake and Myers Park.
My sellers have found my negotiation skills and knowledge of the "transaction maze" critical for their successful sales. With my buyers, while my knowledge is still important, there is no pressure to purchase. I want to find them the best property that fits their wants and needs. After all, if I expect to be selling it when they're ready to move, I need to make sure that they are happy with their purchase.
Take care and good luck!
